By popular Demand...

We've had an eventful week here in Corpus. Reese walked all around the basketball court today at the park we play at. Funniest damn thing was that she would stop every ten or twelve steps to clap for herself. I would figure that it's because we make sure a loud cheer-fest at the house whenever she walks around. Chewie runs to her aid whenever she falls, I suppose to make sure she is ok.
She has a new little ritual that she does ALL the time. As soon as she wakes up in the mornings or from her nap, as soon as we turn the corner into the living room she waves at Chewie with all her might. When we get home from being out the first thing she wants to do is wave to let Chewie know we're back. She sounds like she is saying "Bacca" which I think she her shortened version of the dog's name.
We are gearing up for a trip to College Station this weekend, Kingwood for the week and College Station again next weekend. Should be LOTS of fun and of course we will enjoying tailgating for the last two games of the season.
We had GREAT weather here this week. It was even in the 40's on Tuesday morning. We have spent LOTS of time outside in the afternoons and she explored the garage and driveway the other evening with Ryan.
We had spaghetti last night for dinner and allowed Reese to do it all on her own. Clearly the best idea ever was to strip her down to the diaper...Note the spaghetti in the middle of her chest
Sauce everywhere! Who knew dinner could be this fun

Leaning how to suck it up...

One of the chilly mornings here in Corpus...you can't tell in the pink but she has on pink tights in this picture. Too cute!

Waiting for the water to heat up
Waving at the dog

She was walking...this is right in the middle of a plop onto her booty

She discovered the cabinet that houses Chewie's stuff...so she pulled out the container of dog bones, as you can see she got Chewie's attention.
It's true...she really can walk on her own...still a little wobble in her step but she's working on it
