Reese is playing kickball again this year and couldn’t be more excited. Ryan and I, along with our great neighbors Adam and Sarah Nuse, took on the daunting task of coaching this year. Adam, and Ryan are really the brains behind the team. I am there because there has to be a female on the field with the team. Sarah is doing more work dealing with Brynn and Hank, although as much as those two love each other she just has to keep them occupied.
We have been practicing twice a week now for the last three weeks and we have been very impressed with the girls we have on our team. We had the first game of the season today and even though we can’t keep score, I paid attention and we rocked the house.
I couldn’t take any action shots of Reese today since both Ryan and I are on the field while she plays. Sarah got some good ones, so when she sends them over I will post them. In the meantime you can see our pre-game pictures along with some others I stole from Sarah’s blog.
Reese wanted a picture with just Brynn. Brynn didn’t want anything to do with Reese…Brynn and her boyfriend Hank. She loves him!

It was pretty stinking hot today, so Reese begged Ryan and shockingly he caved and put up the baby pool. It was warm but the water was cold. The girls however, like all small children, could have cared less about the water temp and had a great time in the pool.

We had a fun day today, tomorrow the weather will be a little cooler, so we will skip out on the pool, but might hit up the park. Reese has a full week at school, two Easter parties and then of course Easter next week! Fun times!
