I know I said I would be better at posting....

I know, I said I would be better about posting. I got busy.

Reese and I headed to Kingwood two weeks ago as my Grandpa, the great Felix Sternson, was very ill. We got to visit with him before he passed away on January 25, 2010. As you can imagine he will be missed but he was a super great guy and we will remember him fondly. We were very lucky to have him in Texas for the last year and a half and we spent many hours visiting and entertaining both he and my grandmother. Obviously we have more recent pictures of them together but I like this one.
87 years old...not too shabby!

A girl and her dog. Can you feel the love? I have to add this shelter dog, while a little nutty, is awesome with Reese. He loves her and is so willing to do whatever she asks of him. Even when that is walking him around the house by the collar, or putting ALL his dog food in her own Tupperware containers and feeding him one kibble at a time.

Cooking me cinnamon rolls!
A child ona misson. Despite chilly temps, a locked door, boots on the wrong feet and an obvious lack of pants, she knew she wanted to go outside.
We're off to see the Wizard....fell asleep watching her favorite new movie...the Wizard of Oz.
Saturday, after being inside all week (rain) we headed out to the Aquarium for the morning.
She spent 2 hours running around looking at all her favorite things, we ran a few errands and then spent 2 hours at the park across the street from our house. It's no wonder she passed out at 7 p.m. while dinner was in the oven.
A girl and her Dad....notice the Dad never offered to take a picture of the girl and her Mom

This picture is for Chips...I don't know why I think of my Uncle Chips when I see a huge gator that could eat him in one bite...I just do but I know he probably thinks this is a great picture. Did they ever catch the gator in your apartment complex?
My attempt at artistic
Watching the dolphins swim and play ball in their tank

Checking out the fish
Touching hermit crabs
It's not everyday you get Ryan to crawl under a fish tank to look at it with Reese.
