It’s been a very long time since I uploaded pictures to the computer. I suppose that is why there are currently 107 pictures I need to go through.
Since I haven’t posted about Christmas I suppose I will start there. We headed to Geronimo before Christmas and spent some time there with Ryan’s family. Reese and Brynn loved seeing their cousins, Lucy and Nora for the couple days we were there.
Take one of many, so many babies to get to look at the camera.Opie with the great grandkids, Reese, Brynn, Lucy, Nora, Kylie, Kyle, and Joplin (in Opie’s lap)
The beauty part of four little girls is the girlie things that Oma gets to buy…For Christmas all the girls got butterfly wings. To say that these were by far the most popular gift was an understatement. It was awesome to watch all four of them running around flapping their wings together and laughing.
They loved the wings…B has been flying around at home too!
We came home from Geronimo on Christmas Eve so Santa could come to our house.
Discovering the slide that goes with the new swing set they got for Christmas
Reese got a rainbow loom for Christmas. It’s the new “cool” bracelet maker. To say I commandeered it would be an understatement. I might go blind working with those little rubber bands.
They both got fake glasses for Christmas.
We headed to Kingwood after Christmas for a few days but apparently we were entirely too busy! This was the only picture I took from the morning we hit up the park. Reese spent lots of time at Nana’s, we visited Grandma, hung out with Leslie, Meems and Grampy and had a great time.
After Christmas the swing set was on our to do list. Mom and Dad came down for the weekend and helped get it all set up. Dad, Ryan and our neighbor Dean worked on Saturday and got a bunch done. Sunday was a pretty easy day, once the roof got on it was putting all the parts together. While the boys works, Mom and I took the kids down to do some shopping. It was a super fun weekend.

Ryan’s favorite toy, the chainsaw!!!
Since I wasn’t home for most of the construction process I didn’t get to take any pictures. But here is in the finished project.
The weather has been great and we’ve spent LOTS of time on the swing set already. Brynn LOVES swinging on the big girl swing, and Reese loves playing on the picnic table portion doing her “work”. The house underneath has been a hit too! Even the dog goes in!
We also moved Brynn into a toddler bed that weekend, and she’s been loving sleeping in her big girl bed.
