Aside from getting ready for a baby to arrive, we’ve been trying to avoid the heat that has taken over Texas. It’s a bit ridiculous if you ask me. I didn’t mind it so much at the beginning of the summer but I can say now I am officially over the heat.
We’ve painted the baby room, entertained guests (Mom, Dad, Emily, and Leslie), gone to the beach, played with friends, and we’re still teaching Stroller Strides.
a couple weeks ago…it’s MUCH bigger now
Watching TVPlaying ball…doesn’t everyone play in a dress and princess high heels? Ryan says she has a hell of an arm
She said she was getting married
Me and my sisterhelping paint “baby sister’s” room
rolling…or as Reese says “wolling”
in true Reese fashion…she was running away from home. Ryan had to go past the neighbors house to bring her back. Anytime she gets in trouble she packs her stuff and attempts to leave. Then we remind her she’ll never meet her baby sister, she then cries that she’s stay and vows to never leave again…
her attire when she runs away from home. Anytime she comes out of her room with the scarf and hat we know we’re in for the “I just have to leave” speech
Reese teaching Aliana some ab workouts
Fishing at our friend Jack’s house
the fish I caught…as in Sara, who can not even cast the line correctly but managed to hook a fish within 5 seconds of the worm being in the water kissing said fishthought it was a cute pic…
and now we just sit and wait and beg this baby to arrive sooner than later, because even with a Sept. 18th due date…I am DONE being pregnant, it’s just too damn hot!
I will post pictures of the baby’s room sometime this week, if I can get myself off our sofa long enough to sit at the computer.
